DISC Tlhapqa' redesign

The Tlhapqa' is a command battlecruiser variant of the Qoj battleship

In terms of combat prowess it shares most in common with the fully stripped down battlecruisers

Though it does have more armor, a hangar deck, and a large sensor array to facilitate its use as a flagship
