An Eagle class escort carrier delivers brand new Viper fighters to a remote airbase.

based on "Colonial Ship(unnamed)" number 3 in the following image (https://en.battlestarwikiclone.org/w/images/f/fb/The_Fleet%28TOS%29-PortsideView.jpg), the Eagle class is my interpretation of this background ship from the original run of BattleStar: Galactica. Seen here landed at a planetary airbase to deliver new aircraft. The original miniature was a kit-bash of an Eagle shuttle from Space1999 and a number of miscellaneous model kits. I used parts from the space1999 kit left unused in the original model to fill out the underside of the ship which I wasn't able to find any reference of. Some liberty was taken to give the ship an aesthetic in line with the 2003 reboot. Namely reverse thrusters and visible weapon turrets.
